Article 26
After accepting an application for registration of a medical institution to practice medicine, the registration authority shall, in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Article 16 of the Regulations and the time limit stipulated in Article 19 of the Regulations, carry out a review and on-site examination and verification, and carry out on-site random checks of the relevant practitioners on their basic knowledge and skills of disinfection, isolation and aseptic operation. Basic knowledge and skills of on-site spot-check assessment. If the examination is qualified, the License to Practice in Medical Institutions shall be issued; if the examination is not qualified, the applicant shall be notified in writing of the results of the examination and the reasons for disapproval. The License to Practice in Medical Institutions and its copies are uniformly printed by the National Health and Family Planning Commission. The acceptance time of the application for registration of practice as stipulated in Article 19 of the Regulations shall be counted from the date when the applicant provides all the materials stipulated in the Regulations and these Rules.
