I. Purpose of the exercise
According to the "Emergency Notice on Strengthening Geological Disaster Emergency Response Exercise and Information Reporting" of the Autonomous Region Department of Land and Resources, the counties and cities are required to actively carry out geologic disaster emergency response exercises during the flood season. In order to further improve the overall linkage mechanism, exercise the emergency team response capability, enhance the disaster prevention and relief capabilities of all levels of government and departments, respond to the disposal of geological disasters command decision-making and coordination capabilities; enhance the community, especially leading cadres, disaster prevention and relief awareness, improve the public's ability to self-rescue and mutual rescue, strengthen the threatened masses of disaster prevention and avoidance of awareness, familiar with the routes of risk, and further popularize the knowledge of disaster prevention and avoidance to carry out this Geological disaster emergency drill.
Second, the task of the drill
Qinghe County, Xinjiang, Ahele Township, Qiaoxia Village, mudslide geologic disaster site, in the event of heavy rainfall, there is a possibility of flooding mudslide disaster, threatening the ditch highway, farmland, and the lives and properties of more than 60 households 100 people safety. This emergency exercise is in the assumption that due to continuous rainfall triggered mudslide disaster, started the Qinghe County, "Emergency Plan for Sudden Geological Disasters", the relevant departments immediately in accordance with the relevant tasks and steps of the emergency plan to quickly organize the evacuation of the threatened people, and actively carry out disaster prevention and risk avoidance.

After receiving the order, each group quickly organizes forces to assemble at the designated place and rushes to the place of their respective duties, and carries out the rescue work in a fast and orderly manner according to the division of labor of the plan. Act 4: Reporting the Disaster (11:30)
