Medical waste is hazardous waste, and you need to apply for a hazardous waste business license to dispose of medical waste. Medical waste disposal facilities with hazardous waste operating licenses across the country are divided into two major categories, namely separate medical waste disposal facilities and facilities that simultaneously dispose hazardous waste and medical waste.

Article 6 The jurisdiction of trial of civil cases shall be exercised by the People's Court. The People's Courts conduct independent trials of civil cases in accordance with legal provisions, without interference from administrative agencies, social groups and individuals.
Article 7 When hearing civil cases, the People's Court must base on facts and use the law as the criterion.
Article 8 All parties involved in civil litigation have equal litigation rights. When hearing civil cases, the people's courts should protect and facilitate the parties' exercise of litigation rights, and treat all parties equally in the application of the law.
Article 9 When hearing civil cases, the People's Court shall conduct mediation based on the principles of voluntariness and legality; if mediation fails, a judgment shall be made in a timely manner.
Article 10: When hearing civil cases, the People's Court shall implement collegiality, recusal, open trial and two final trials in accordance with legal provisions.
