Its working principle: dust-containing gas from the inlet into the dust collector between the shell and the exhaust pipe, the formation of rotating downward external cyclone gas flow. The dust suspended in the outer cyclone flow moves to the wall under the action of centrifugal force, and rotates to the bottom of the dust collector with the outer cyclone flow, and is discharged by the dust discharge hole. The purified gas forms a rising inner cyclone and is discharged through the exhaust pipe.
Application scope and characteristics
The cyclone dust collector is suitable for purifying non-sticky, non-fibrous dry dust larger than 5-10 microns. It is a device with simple structure, easy operation, high temperature resistance, low equipment cost and resistance (80 to 160 mm water column).
The cyclone dust collector is widely used in the fields of air purification, flue de-dusting, and fine particle recovery.
