3.？ Men are generally not over 45 years old, and women are generally not over 40 years old, and they are in good health. The age of those who are particularly outstanding can be appropriately relaxed.
Publishing one or more papers on SCI as the first author or correspondent is preferred.
(B) the conditions for the introduction of academic leaders
The following conditions must be met simultaneously:
1.？ Master degree or above, chief physician qualification, master tutor qualification or above.
2.？ As a member of the relevant professional committees of the Chinese Medical Association and its branches and above.
3.？ Three or more SCI papers have been published by the first author or correspondent, or the cumulative score of impact factors is greater than 10.
4.？ He has undertaken scientific research projects at or above the provincial (city) level.
5.？ Men are generally not over 50 years old, and women are generally not over 45 years old, and they are in good health. The age of those who are particularly outstanding can be appropriately relaxed.
Previous or current deputy director of core departments in 3A and above hospitals 1 year or above is preferred.
