Expanded Information?

I. Understanding CNC machine tools

CNC machine tools - machine tools that have a CNC system installed or that use CNC technology.

Numerical control technology (NC) - is the use of digitized information on the mechanical movement and machining process control of a method. Modern numerical control technology is also known as computer numerical control technology, or CNC .

1. The basic concept of CNC milling machine

According to its use can be divided into different types of CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, CNC grinding machines, CNC boring machines, CNC EDM machines, CNC wire-cutting machine tools and so on. CNC milling machine is mainly milling processing, and supplemented by boring processing, is the abbreviation of CNC boring and milling machine.

2. Advantages of CNC milling machine compared with ordinary milling machine

High machining accuracy, stable machining quality;

Multi-coordinate linkage can be carried out, can be processed in the shape of complex parts;

Processing of parts change, generally only need to change the CNC program, can save the production of preparatory

Time;

The high precision of the machine itself, the rigidity of a large, selectable, and thus favorable cutting volume, thus saving the time of production. Favorable cutting dosage, thus improving the quality of

High productivity (generally 3 ~ 5 times for ordinary machine tools);

high degree of automation of the machine, can reduce labor intensity.

3. Composition of CNC milling machine

Two, machining center overview

1. Machining center of the basic concept

Machining Center (Machining Center, referred to as MC) refers to the CNC milling, boring machine tool with tool magazine and automatic tool changer, can be drilled, milled, bored, and other types of machining of the CNC machine tool.

Boring and milling machining center refers to the CNC milling machine on the basis of a tool magazine and automatic tool changer machine

bed. Boring and milling machining centers are divided into vertical machining centers and horizontal machining centers according to the different spindle positions of the milling machine.

1. The basic concept of the machining center

Turning and milling composite machining center refers to the CNC turning machine rotary tool holder equipped with a self-driven tool, the spindle can be rotary feed movement of the CNC machine tool, the workpiece in the turning can also be drilling, milling, tapping, etc., in the workpiece end face and the external surface of the processing.

2. Composition of machining centers

Machining centers are usually composed of spindles, tool magazines, operating panels, tables, beds and cooling systems.

Three, machining center maintenance and maintenance, including: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, cooling and CNC system check and routine maintenance

CNC machine tools are mechanical, electrical, hydraulic set in one, is a high degree of automation of machine tools, in order to give full play to the benefits of the machine tool, it must be a good safety inspection and routine maintenance:

1) strictly comply with the operating procedures and routine maintenance Maintenance system, try to avoid malfunctions caused by improper operation.

2) Before the operator operates the machine tool, he must confirm that the spindle lubricant and guideway lubricant meet the requirements, and when the oil is insufficient, he should add the appropriate lubricant according to the instructions, and confirm whether the air pressure is normal.

3) Regularly check and clean the CNC cabinet air filter and electrical cabinet circuit boards and electrical components to avoid the accumulation of dust.

4) Check whether each cooling fan on the CNC unit is normal every day.

5) For machining center servo motor, regular maintenance.

6) daily operation of the machine tool after processing in a timely manner to do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.

Daily maintenance of machining centers:

1) Check the oil level of the guideway lubricant tank.

2) check the spindle lubrication thermostatic oil tank oil temperature and oil volume.

3) Check the oil pump of the hydraulic system of the machine tool for abnormal noise, oil level height, whether the pressure gauge is normal, the pipeline and the joints for leakage, etc..

4) Check whether the compressed air source pressure is normal.

5) Check the lubrication of X, Z axis guideway surface and remove chips and spoils, and guideway surface with or without scratch damage.

6) Check whether the guards are complete.

7) check whether the electrical cabinet cooling and ventilation devices work properly, there is no blockage.

5, machining center start-up and shutdown precautions

1) power on

Close the main power switch of the machine. (Lecture on the operation panel) When the power switch is turned to the "ON" position, turn on the power and press ON according to the machine tool manufacturer's manual, confirm the contents displayed on the LCD screen, and confirm whether the drive fan rotates normally.

Note: Do not press the keys on the panel while turning on the power.

Do not press the CRT/MDI panel keys until the LCD is displayed. Because the panel keys are still used for maintenance and special operations at this time, they may cause accidents.

2) Shutdown

Manually maneuver the machine so that the table and spindle box stop at an appropriate position in the middle, press the emergency stop button on the operation panel first, and then turn off the power supply of the operation panel, the main power supply of the machine, and the external power supply in turn.

6, the pause of the machine tool and emergency stop

1) press the pause, the machine tool is the following state

1) the machine tool is moving, feed deceleration stops;

2) in the execution of the pause, rest pause;

3) the execution of the action of the M, S, T, stop; press the auto-cycle start button, the program continues to execute.

2) As soon as the emergency stop button is pressed, the machine tool is locked and the power supply to the motor is cut off; before lifting it, eliminate any abnormalities in the machine tool. Rotate the button and disengage.

Four, operation demonstration

1. Visit the CNC workshop, recognize CNC milling machines and machining centers against the real thing, understand their structure.

2. Observe the actual parts of CNC milling machines and machining centers.

Visit assignments and reflections:

(1) What is the biggest difference between the CNC milling machine and the ordinary milling machine that you see?

(2) Is the CNC milling machine you saw the same as the one described in the book? If so, note how they are different and how they are similar.

(3) Did you notice the operating panel of the CNC milling machine when you visited? What do you see on this panel?

(4) Through learning, in order to be able to skillfully operate the CNC milling machine to process qualified parts, what are you going to do?

After the theory is taught by the teacher on the machine tool operation demonstration, operation of practical training for safe operation of machine tools.

Practical training, to master the knowledge of safe and civilized production, the composition and system of machining centers, commonly used tools, fixtures, gauges, structure, use and maintenance, machining center maintenance and maintenance, machining center start-up and shutdown precautions, machine tool pause and emergency stops and other knowledge.
