Guide English: Linear guide
Guide (Linear guide) is a mechanical transmission elements, used to support and guide the slider or sliding parts along a straight line movement. It usually consists of two main parts: the guide itself and the slide. The guide is a long strip of components mounted on the frame or structure of a machine, usually secured by fasteners such as screws. The slider, on the other hand, is affixed to the guideway and is able to make smooth, precise movements on the guideway to locate, move and machine the workpiece. Guideways are widely used in a variety of industries and fields, such as machine tool manufacturing, automated production lines, semiconductor processing equipment, the aerospace industry, and medical devices. High-quality guideways are characterized by high rigidity, high precision, low friction, and long life, which can effectively improve productivity and product quality.
