Electrical and electronic project implementation plan

I. Competition items and content

(A) Competition Items

The competition has five items: assembly and debugging of electronic products, assembly and debugging of mechatronics equipment, installation and debugging of MCU control devices, assembly and debugging of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment and electrical Installation and maintenance of five projects. Among them, mechatronics equipment assembly and commissioning of intermediate and higher vocational student group for the group project, electrical installation and maintenance of intermediate students, higher vocational student group and teacher group for the group project, the rest are individual competition projects.

(2) Competition content and requirements

Electronic product assembly and debugging project is based on the requirements of the national vocational standard "radio fitters", "radio debugger" senior (national vocational qualification level 3). Mechatronics equipment assembly and commissioning projects and electrical installation and maintenance projects based on the national occupational standard "maintenance electrician" senior (national vocational qualification level 3) requirements. The project of installation and debugging of microcontroller control devices is based on the requirements of the vocational standard of the Ministry of Information Industry, "Electronic Equipment Installation and Adjustment Worker" Senior Worker (National Vocational Qualification Level 3). Refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment assembly and debugging program is based on the requirements of the National Occupational Standard "Refrigeration Worker" Senior Worker (National Vocational Qualification Level 3). There is a certain distinction between different groups according to their degree of difficulty. The skills competition is conducted in the form of on-site practical operation.

1. Electronic product assembly and debugging project

The contestants, within the stipulated time, according to the work task book, electronic product schematic diagrams, installation diagrams, component lists, introduction of the main components and the circuit function introduction and other documents issued during the competition, use the equipment and tools to complete the following work tasks (the contestants to complete the work task time for 4 hours):

Intermediate student group

(1) Component selection. Identify, screen, and test electronic elements, devices, and functional components required for a given electronic product.

(2) Circuit Board Soldering. In the circuit board provided by the circuit board welding electronic elements, devices and functional components to form the circuit of electronic products; some of these components using SMT welding technology (resistors, capacitors package specification 0805; integrated circuits with the number of pins in the 64 pins or less and the pin spacing is not less than 0.65 millimeters; transistor package SOT-23)

(3) assembly of electronic products. According to the schematic diagram of electronic products, installation diagram assembly of electronic products;

(4) electronic products debugging. Debugging electronic products according to the requirements of the work task, to realize the product functions and technical specifications required, write debugging reports;

(5) build circuit. Use YL-291 unit electronic circuit module, according to the given electronic circuit schematic diagram, in the YL-291 module provided by the field, correctly select the unit electronic circuit module, build the completed functional circuit, and fill in the test report according to the requirements of the task.

(6) Draw circuit schematic and PCB board diagram. Knowledge Preparation and Technical Requirements:

(1) Relevant knowledge of analog circuits, digital circuits, microcontroller principles and interface circuits, radio assembly processes, radio measurement techniques, communication principles, sensor principles, use of Protel DXP2004 SP2 software, and their applications.

(2) Knowledge of control components and their applications.

(3) The use of multimeter, DC voltage regulator, electronic voltmeter, digital oscilloscope, electronic counter and other common instruments.

(4) Safety Requirements

Can use common instruments correctly, familiar with the general knowledge of safety electricity.

Higher vocational student group and teacher group

Schematic diagram and PCB board drawing design. According to the requirements of the topic, draw the schematic and PCB board diagrams by yourself in the Protel DXP 2004 SP2 software environment.

Increase the use of Keil C software and microcontroller programmer (Nanjing Silt 280U), other work tasks (except YL-291 unit electronic circuit module construction) as the intermediate student group.

In the "electronic product debugging" part:

(1) senior student group can read the basic functions of the unit program and program debugging (chip using the 51 series, the software debugging environment Keil C, the programmer for the Nanjing Xilt 280U), write the above debugging methods, debugging steps and debugging results.

2. Mechatronics equipment assembly and debugging project

Intermediate Student Group (Group Project)

(1) Assemble mechatronics equipment according to the equipment assembly diagram.

(2) Draw an electrical schematic diagram and connect circuits according to the working requirements of the mechatronic equipment.

(3) Connects the air circuit of a mechatronic device according to the pneumatic system diagram.

(4) Write PLC control program and set inverter parameters according to the general working tasks of the mechatronic equipment.

(5) Commission the mechatronics equipment and control program to meet the work and technical requirements formulated in the test questions.

Higher Vocational Student Group (Group Project)

(1) Completing the mechanical installation and debugging of some work units of the Yalong YL-335B automatic line system according to the requirements of the task book.

(2) Completion of piping connection and positional adjustment of sensors for pneumatic components in each system according to the requirements of the task book.

(3) According to the production process and control requirements in the task book, design part of the electrical control circuit diagram of the automatic line system, and connect the corresponding control system circuit according to the control circuit diagram.

(4) equipment programming and debugging

For the feeding, processing, assembly, conveying and sorting unit process flow, functional requirements, the formation and preparation of human-machine interface configuration, the preparation of programmable controllers for the control program, set up the drive equipment control parameters. Teacher group

3. Installation and debugging project of microcontroller control device (all groups)

Based on the work task book, the contestants should independently complete the following work tasks: (the time for the contestants to complete the work task is 4 hours):

(1) Select the appropriate actuators (including intelligent material handling devices), modules and devices according to the single-chip control device set in the work task book ;

(2) draw electrical schematic diagrams and connect circuits according to the work requirements of the MCU control device given in the work task book;

(3) write control programs according to the work requirements of the MCU control device set in the work task book;

(4) debug the relevant parameters of the MCU control programs and components to achieve the work requirements and technical requirements.

4. Refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment assembly and debugging project

In the stipulated time, according to the work task book issued during the competition, the contestants will complete the following tasks (the contestants' time for completing the tasks is 4 hours):

Intermediate Student Group

(1) complete the heat pump air-conditioner, refrigerator refrigeration, heating system drawing, refrigeration system and heating system drawing, refrigeration system and heating system drawing, and complete the refrigeration system and heating system drawing, refrigeration system and heating system drawing, refrigeration system and refrigeration system drawing. Four, the competition rules and notes

(a) the rules of the competition

1. Registration to participate in the electrical and electronic category of electromechanical integration equipment assembly and commissioning, electrical installation and maintenance, refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment assembly and commissioning of the three items of the Skills Competition contestants are required to submit a copy of the electrician's certificate of competence or vocational skills level certificate.

2. Participants must hold their ID cards, student ID cards and carry (wear) with the card to the competition site 30 minutes in advance to check in, more than 15 minutes late for the contestants shall not be admitted to the competition.

3. Participants should abide by the discipline of the competition, respect the referee, obey the command, and take care of the equipment and facilities of the competition site.

4. In the process of the competition, the operation should be carried out in strict accordance with the safety regulations, to prevent electric shock and damage to equipment accidents.

5. In the course of the competition, in case of equipment failure, you may propose to the referee, and after confirmation, the referee will decide whether to replace the equipment or add time.

(2) Precautions

1. All kinds of race personnel must wear the corresponding documents printed by the organizing committee of the competition and dress neatly.

2. In addition to the on-site referees and staff members, no other personnel are allowed to enter the venue without the permission of the Leadership Team of the competition site.

3. The news media must be permitted to enter the venue and follow the arrangements and management of the site staff, so as not to affect the competition.

V. Evaluation

1. The competition results, by the field operation process specification and the final completion of the work task quality of two parts. The operation of the standardized results based on the field referee's record, in accordance with the field operation of the standardized scoring criteria, by the field referee group collectively assess the results; the quality of the work task based on the number of contestants to complete the work task and the amount of scoring criteria for objective assessment of the results.

2. The final ranking of the contestants is based on the results of the ranking, when the results are the same, if you can not distinguish the order, take the same ranking.

6. Grievance and Arbitration

1. Participants can lodge a complaint in an orderly manner against the equipment and experimental materials provided by the venue which do not comply with the regulations of the competition, unfair testing and judging, as well as irregularities of the staff, etc. The contestants can also lodge a complaint against the equipment and experimental materials provided by the venue.

2. Competitors' appeals shall be submitted in writing to the Arbitration Committee (or Arbitration Panel) through the team leaders and instructors of their representative teams in accordance with the specified time limit. The Arbitration Committee shall accept the competitors' appeals seriously and responsibly, and inform the team leaders or the parties concerned of its opinions.

3. The decision of the Arbitration Committee shall be final, and the contestants shall not stop the competition due to the complaint or dissatisfaction with the handling opinion, or else they shall be treated as forfeiting the right to participate in the competition.

VII. Others

1. The contestants and related staff will be arranged for food and accommodation by the working group of the competition site at their own expense.

2. The final interpretation of this technical document belongs to the Organizing Committee of the competition.
