3.4, main technical parameter index

6. Construction steps are as follows:
1. Before the construction of powder spraying pile, level the site, and then put the equipment in position, and check whether the equipment is running normally.
2. Pile construction: the drilling rig first positively rotates and drills close to the ground, then starts the air compressor and continues drilling to the designed hole depth. The design hole depth of each pile is determined according to the data given in the drawing (strictly controlled). During the drilling process, ensure that the verticality of the drilling rig is within the design requirements.
3. After drilling to the design hole depth, close the air supply valve, open the feed valve to spray the reinforcing powder (powder spray amount shall not be less than 55kg/m), at this time, the drilling rig stagnation in the design depth of 2min, the drilling rig reversed drilling, and maintain a certain rate of uniformity to enhance the mixing bit, the side of the powder spraying side of the mixing, while lifting the side of the pressure density. Stop spraying powder after lifting it to 20-50cm from the ground, open the air feeding valve, close the feeding valve, and rotate it in the original position at the top of the pile for 2 minutes to make sure that the top of the pile is compacted uniformly.
4. 5. At last, lift the drill to stop the compressor at 0.50m from the ground, and shut down the drilling machine at 0.15m from the ground. 0.15m stop.
6. The construction of powder spraying pile adopts one-time spraying and stirring to form a pile, if the spraying stops in the middle for some reasons, repeat the spraying and stirring for 1.0m when the spraying is renewed.
7. In the process of construction, record the construction process in detail and check the quality of construction at any time.

7. Planned start and completion dates
