Article 19 An enterprise shall have relatively independent business premises and warehouses suitable for its business scale and scope, and the area of the business premises and warehouses shall meet the business requirements. Business premises and warehouses shall not be located in residential buildings, military camps (excluding leasable areas) and other places that are not suitable for business operation. The business premises shall be clean and tidy.
Article 20 The location, design, layout, construction, renovation and maintenance of warehouses shall meet the requirements of medical device storage, prevent confusion, errors or pollution of medical devices, and have storage facilities and equipment that meet the requirements of medical device product characteristics.
