Plot:

Chen Hyuk (played by Song Seung-heon) is an excellent neurosurgery doctor who dreams of a happy future with his girlfriend Mina (played by Park Min-young), who is also a doctor. , one day after the two had a big argument, Mina accidentally got into a serious car accident and fell into a coma.

A mysterious patient suddenly appeared in front of Chen He, who was in despair. He walked to the top floor and wanted to surrender. In order to stop him, Chen He accidentally fell from the top floor.

When Chen He woke up, he found that he was in an unknown place, and here he met Hong Yingrae (played by Park Minying), a noble lady who looked exactly like Mina, and the number one girl in the Joseon Dynasty. He was surprised by the military commander Kim Kyung-joo (played by Kim Jae-joong) and the historical figure Heung-seon Daewon-gun (played by Lee Beom-soo).

Not knowing why he came here, and not knowing how to return to his original world, Chen He, facing many crises, began to use what he had in the Joseon era, which did not have the latest medical equipment and appropriate medical supplies.
