§4.2 Environmental impacts during the construction period of the project

§4.4.1 Environmental impact of exhaust gases
The main source of exhaust gases is automobile exhaust, and the exhaust gases from the open-air parking lot are directly discharged into the atmosphere, with smooth air circulation, and automobile exhaust is easy to be diffused, which basically will not affect the quality of the atmospheric environment in the region. §4.4.2 Environmental Impact of Wastewater
Mainly domestic wastewater, the volume of wastewater discharged is 1,347.96m3/d. The domestic wastewater generated by the project is discharged into the municipal sewage network, which enters into Wangcheng Wastewater Treatment Plant to be processed to the Class IB standard in the Pollutant Emission Standards for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants, and then is discharged to Yingshang River through the trunk sewage pipes along the road, and eventually It enters the West River of Ganjiang through the six-hole gate, which has a slight impact on the water quality of Ganjiang River.
§4.4.3 Noise Environmental Impact
The main sources of noise after the completion of the project are traffic noise and social activity noise. Social noise is mainly the noisy noise during trading and loading/unloading of goods, according to the analogical survey, this kind of noise level is generally 65~75dB(A), and only inside the market, the impact on the surrounding environment is not obvious. The source strength of traffic noise is 59~85dB(A), the project has residential buildings and other stores around the construction street, and the noise of transportation of the project will have a certain impact on them. The project needs to optimize the route of transportation. It is recommended that the project transportation try to choose 307 national highway and high speed kilometers to avoid the impact on sensitive targets.
§4.4.4 Environmental impact of solid waste
The solid waste of the project mainly consists of domestic garbage and waste packaging materials, of which the domestic garbage is 547.5t/a, and the amount of waste packaging materials is 400t/a. Domestic garbage is uniformly collected and handed over to the sanitation department to be landfilled and disposed of, and the waste packaging materials can be recycled and utilized by the recycling department of the scrap, which will have a slight impact on the surrounding environment.
