C-arm classification of C-arm

DSA is an advanced X-ray diagnostic technology for image processing by electronic computers, which is another major breakthrough in X-ray diagnostic technology after CT, and is mainly applied to the diagnosis and treatment of systemic vascular diseases. Compared with the small C medium C, the large C are all fixed, either fixed to the ceiling or fixed to the floor. The power is generally greater than 80kW.

Clinical applications:

1. Examination of the head and neck vascular system: it can provide diagnosis for cranial and cerebral space-occupying lesions, arteriovenous malformations, cerebral vascular occlusion, carotid artery stenosis, occlusion, atherosclerosis, and ulcer, etc. It can also provide diagnosis for the cerebral vascular diseases.

2. Thoracic vascular system examination: DSA is quite satisfied with the display of the heart and large blood vessels, and is used for the diagnosis of pre-coronary heart disease, valvular disease, cardiomyopathy, coronary heart disease.

3. Examination of abdominal vascular system: it is used for angiography of stomach, intestines, liver, spleen and pelvis.

4. Examination of limb vascular system: it can diagnose stenosis, occlusion, hemorrhage, aneurysm, arterial malformation of limb vessels.

5. Application in interventional radiology treatment: it is the most ideal interventional radiology technology, widely used in percutaneous endoluminal plasty, transcatheter drug infusion therapy, transcatheter embolization therapy and other interventional radiology treatments.
