Compilation of 1 1 heparin solution A: 100 ml physiological saline was added with heparin sodium12 500 u (2 mg); B: saline 150 ml, heparin sodium12 500u (2mg); C: heparin sodium 12 500 U(2 mg) was added to 250 ml of normal saline. 1.2 subjects: patients who were hospitalized in our department from March 2003 to September 2003 and used intravenous indwelling needle for infusion. The age, sex, puncture site (all the thick vessels of the left upper branch were selected) and intubation time (1 d ~ 3 d) of the three groups. There is no statistical significance. Routine examination after admission: blood routine, liver and kidney function are normal, and there is no bleeding and coagulation mechanism disorder. 84 cases were sealed with concentration A sealing solution1case, 267 cases were sealed with concentration B sealing solution, and 5 cases were sealed with concentration C sealing solution1case. ***502 cases.
1.3 materials and methods all materials used are intravenous indwelling needles (model: 22GA × 1. 0IN), applicator and 2 ml syringe, produced by China Bidi Medical Equipment Co., Ltd.. Sealing method: After infusion, suck 2 ml heparin solution, insert all needles into heparin cap with 2 ml syringe, and inject heparin solution evenly. When the remaining 1 ml is used, the needle is pulled out while pushing, and then the catheter is locked on the indwelling needle catheter after the injection, lasting for 16h ~ 24h.

It can be clearly seen from the table 1 that the normal rate of B concentration is the highest, the needle eye bleeding rate of A concentration is high, and the blocking rate of C concentration is high.
3 discussion
The application of superficial vein indwelling needle greatly facilitates medical staff and patients. It can not only relieve the pain of patients with repeated puncture and protect blood vessels, but also be an important means of clinical blood transfusion, fluid replacement, intravenous nutritional support and drug administration, which is conducive to clinical medication and emergency rescue. Sealing pipe is an important link in the effective application of this technology. If the method is proper, it can prolong the indwelling time and prevent complications. On the contrary, it will cause tube blockage, needle eye bleeding and superficial phlebitis due to local thrombosis. Heparin is an acidic mucopolysaccharide, which has a strong anticoagulant effect in vivo and in vitro. But how much dose of washing liquid is effective?
Fruit is the best, and there are different reports in China. The author thinks that there are two most important factors affecting the success of pipeline plugging: one is the choice of plugging fluid and plugging technology; Second, the patient's age, environmental temperature, the nature and concentration of injected drugs, etc. Through clinical observation, we found that 150 ml physiological saline and 12 500 U heparin sodium had the best sealing effect, which not only prolonged the indwelling time, relieved the pain of patients, but also reduced the waste of health resources. Therefore, it is suitable to seal the tube with this concentration of sealing liquid in clinic.
