Elevator maintenance standards

1. The maintenance of the elevator is entrusted to a professional company with the qualification of the second level of the country or above. 1.1 When the elevator stops due to maintenance, it must notify the relevant owners in advance and confirm that there are no passengers in the car before stopping;

1.2 Elevator workers should assist the elevator factory maintenance workers to carry out the Maintenance work;

1.3 When working at the bottom of the shaft, it is forbidden to close the door of the hall, and a notice board must be placed at the door of the hall to prevent unrelated people from approaching;

1.4 When the machine room and shaft need to start a fire because of the work, it must comply with the regulations of starting a fire, and go to the Security Department to do the "open flame work approval form", and the Engineering Department should appoint a special person to operate the work, and then clean up the fire afterward, and check to make sure that it is done. Construction by the Security Department to send officers on-site supervision;

1.5 Repair and maintenance work is completed, the Ministry of Engineering maintenance personnel to assist external maintenance personnel to clean up the scene, and make relevant records.

2. Every five years or so, the management office shall entrust a professional company to overhaul the elevator depending on the wear and tear of the elevator's operation, and the contents of the overhaul include:

2.1 Comprehensively cleaning and overhauling of the traction machine, traction sheave, balancing weights, buffer, guide rail, traction wire rope as well as the elevator's control equipment and safety devices;

2.2 Lighting, ventilating, and telephone installations in the car cabin are cleaned and overhauled; ③ Checking the lighting, ventilation, and telephone devices inside the cabin. Cleaning and overhauling; ③ Checking and adjusting the elevator floor door, floor door floor cantilever, door lock lock hook gap, and each door lock circuit;

2.3 Adjusting or replacing the parts according to the wear and tear of the parts.
