1. Before changing powder, thoroughly clean powder spraying equipment, including spray gun, powder conveying pipeline and powder spraying room. Remove residual powder and impurities to ensure the surface of the equipment is clean.
2. Purge the inside of the equipment with compressed air, especially the powder feeding pipeline and powder spraying room, to remove the residual powder. At the same time, use a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust and impurities around the equipment.
3. Before changing powder, check whether all parts of the equipment work normally, such as spray gun, conveying system and controller. Ensure that the equipment has no fault or damage, and carry out maintenance and repair in time.
