How much does a nose job cost?

As of December 7, 2019,Rhinoplasty is generally priced at $3,000-100,000,Currently, there are nose jobs with implants, hyaluronic acid nose jobs, and autologous fat nose jobs, and there is a difference in the price of the different types of rhinoplasty that a candidate chooses.

Surgical Methods

In the surgery, the nasal bone and nasal dorsal fascia are peeled off, and then according to the medical aesthetics and the requirements of the surgeon and the surgeon's skill, the nasal bone and nasal cartilage are sculpted, or directly implanted into the nasal scaffolding which has already been sculpted, to achieve the effect that you desire. Finally, the skin is sutured back into place from new.

Most of the current rhinoplasty forms a 1-cm-long incision on the inner side of the nostril margin at the junction of the nasal columella and the nasal wings, through which a spacious cavity is separated under the dorsal nasal fascia or/and under the periosteum of the nasal bone, and the prosthesis is then carved according to the patient's requirements and the doctor's skill, or directly implanted into the already-carved prosthesis.

Some of the more complex surgeries often require an incision in the nasal columella, which leaves an inconspicuous scar on the columella after the surgery.

Extended information:

There are two main types of methods for padding your nose i.e. grafting and implantation.

Transplantation method: also known as tissue transplantation, filling the nose mainly uses bone and cartilage tissue.

Autogenous bone tissue

Autogenous bone tissue rhinoplasty is one of the earlier materials used in rhinoplasty. Its main advantage is that it is easy to survive after transplantation and no rejection reaction will occur. The autologous bone tissue used for rhinoplasty is mostly taken from iliac bone and skull, but also from rib and fibula.

The autologous bone has the problems of poor elasticity of bone tissue, difficult to shape, so the appearance after surgery is not very natural, and the autologous bone is not convenient to take, the bone source is limited, the cut will also cause the secondary pain of the patient, and even the occurrence of complications, and bone resorption in the long term, resulting in a change of appearance, the patient is difficult to accept. At present, it has been less used. But for complex nasal deformity or serious saddle nose correction, or may need to choose the autologous bone graft.

Autogenous cartilage tissue

Autogenous cartilage tissue is the most commonly used tissue in rhinoplasty. Its main features are: it does not have blood vessels, it can survive by the nutrition provided by the tissue fluid, it has no stimulating effect on the tissue after implantation, it can maintain its original volume and cellular morphology for a long time, and it is easy to carve it into the required size and shape, so after the surgery, it has a natural and lifelike appearance. As with autologous bone tissue, autologous cartilage tissue transplantation also has the possibility of absorption and deformation.
