Article 18 Where a doctor changes the registered items such as practice place, practice category and practice scope, he shall go through the registration formalities with the competent health department that approved the registration according to this law.
Doctors engaged in the following activities may not go through the relevant registration procedures for change:
(a) to participate in standardized training, advanced studies, counterpart support, consultation, emergency medical rescue, charity or other public medical care, free clinic;
(two) to undertake national tasks or participate in important activities organized by the government;
(3) practicing in a medical institution within the medical association.
Article 32 In case of natural disasters, accidents, public health incidents, social security incidents and other emergencies that seriously threaten people's lives and health, the competent health department of the people's government at or above the county level shall organize doctors to participate in health emergency treatment and medical treatment as needed, and the doctors shall obey the dispatch.
Article 55 If a doctor violates the provisions of this Law and commits any of the following acts in his practice, the competent health department of the people's government at or above the county level shall order him to make corrections and give him a warning; If the circumstances are serious, it shall be ordered to suspend the practice activities for more than six months and less than one year until the doctor's practice certificate is revoked:
(a) providing medical and health services or carrying out medical clinical research, failing to fulfill the obligation of informing or obtaining informed consent;
(2) refusing to give first aid to patients who need first aid, or delaying diagnosis and treatment because of irresponsibility;
(three) in case of natural disasters, accidents, public health incidents and social security incidents and other emergencies that seriously threaten people's lives and health, they do not obey the orders of the health authorities;
(4) Failing to report relevant information as required;
(five) in violation of laws, regulations, rules or professional norms, resulting in medical accidents or other serious consequences.
