Common faults of cone crusher

1. Large and small bevel gears are worn and have broken teeth.

Reason:

The normal meshing condition of bevel gear is destroyed, and the rigid connection transmission is too frequent or bitten by a large block.

2. The oil quality of lubricating oil is poor.

During the operation of the crusher, when the water seal dust-proof device is not tightly sealed, a large amount of dust will enter the lubricating oil in the machine body, which will cause the oil quality of the lubricating oil to deteriorate rapidly, resulting in poor lubrication, which will lead to the occurrence of accidents such as gear beating of large and small bevel gears, high-speed rotation of the moving cone, shaft locking and tile grinding, and greatly shorten the service life of the lubricating oil.

3. Crusher often vibrates

Main reasons:

For the spring cone crusher, when the spring of the crusher is not tight enough, it will cause frequent vibration of the crusher. When the feed to the crusher is uneven or excessive, it will lead to frequent vibration of the crusher. When the powder ore in the crusher feed is too much and wet, the ore outlet of the crusher is small, which often blocks the ore, thus causing frequent vibration of the crusher.

4. There is a violent crash, the support sleeve jumps up and then works normally.

Spring is the safety device of crusher. When non-broken objects fall into the crusher, the supporting ring and adjusting ring supported on the spring try to lift upward, compressing the spring, thus increasing the ore outlet gap and discharging the non-broken objects through the ore outlet. At this time, there will be a violent crash in the crusher, and the support sleeve will jump up and then work normally. However, when iron blocks frequently pass through or are bitten by large blocks, the spring often fails and the parts are damaged. The process of spring has a great influence on the normal work of crusher.

5. There is a crackling sound when crushing ore.

The working mechanism of cone crusher consists of crushing cone with liner and adjusting ring. A layer of zinc alloy should be poured between the cone of the crushing cone and its gasket, as well as between the gasket and the adjusting ring. At the same time, it should be hung on the adjusting ring through the hook on the inner container with U-shaped screws to ensure tight connection. During the operation of the crusher, when the lining plate of the crushing cone or adjusting ring is loose, the broken ore will have a splitting sound.

6. The crusher vibrates greatly and the moving cone rotates quickly.

When the motor cone of cone crusher rotates at a high speed beyond the normal speed, the phenomenon of "runaway" will appear. After the "out-of-control" fault occurs, the oil temperature of lubricating oil will increase but the oil pressure will decrease due to the high rotation speed of the moving cone; The current of the motor increases; The temperature of the bushing at the moving cone and eccentric shaft also rises sharply; The lubricating oil in the engine body splashes and falls everywhere, and the lubrication condition deteriorates; Damaged water seal, water accumulation in oil tank, etc. "Out-of-control" fault will lead to the crusher, spindle being clamped and tile grinding generating strong vibration.

Fault prevention and treatment methods:

In order to improve the assembly relationship between the big bevel gear and the eccentric shaft sleeve, the axis of the big bevel gear of the cone crusher deviates from the axis of the eccentric shaft sleeve to the thin side by 2-2.3 mm after assembly. Install electromagnetic iron remover, metal detector and video monitoring system on the belt conveyor to remove indestructible objects before they enter the crusher. The electronic control system is equipped with overcurrent protection. When the crusher is mixed with broken materials or overloaded, the motor can automatically stop running and play a protective role. Regularly check the meshing clearance of bevel gear and the matching clearance between eccentric shaft sleeve and frame bushing, and replace the worn eccentric shaft sleeve or frame bushing in time to ensure that the clearance is within the specified range. Check the thickness of the thrust plate regularly, and adjust the meshing clearance of the large and small cone wheels of the cone crusher in time to ensure that the clearance is within the specified range. Always check the drainage of the dust-proof device. If a large amount of dust enters the lubricating oil and the oil quality deteriorates rapidly, stop the machine and check the dustproof device to find out the reason and eliminate it; When the oil quality is poor, the oil tank should be cleaned and replaced with new oil. When the water supply of dust-proof device is too large, adjust the water supply in time; When the return pipe is blocked, clean the return pipe in time. Regularly check the operation of oil pumps, filters, coolers, valves and pipelines in thin oil lubrication stations, as well as the oil pressure and oil temperature of oily and thin oil lubrication systems. When the oil pump fails, repair or replace the oil pump in time; When the filter is blocked, clean and replace the filter screen in time; When the oil pipe and oil circuit are blocked, stop the machine to find the blocking point and handle it in time; Replace the cooler in time when the cooler leaks; When the valve of the oil inlet pipe is not opened to the appropriate position, adjust it to the appropriate position in time; When the oil return groove on the bearing seat or spherical bearing shell of the fan is blocked, it should be stopped for inspection, and the oil return groove and oil return pipe should be cleaned in time. Regularly check the wear of the lining plate and the tightness of the fasteners, and tighten the bolts or re-pour zinc alloy in time. Post operators must abide by the marking operation procedures specified in the crusher start-up and stop procedures. Before driving, be sure to carefully check whether there are minerals or foreign bodies in the crushing cavity; Before starting the engine in winter, use an electric heater to heat the engine to 15℃ and the oil level is between the prescribed upper and lower limits before starting the engine; Start the oil pump. When the oil pressure is stable at 0.07-0. 13MPa and the lubricating oil in the oil return pipeline flows back to the oil tank, the crusher can be started, and the no-load operation 10 minute is normal, and the feeding can be started. When the crusher is running, pay attention to uniform feeding. Regularly check the wear of spherical bearing bush, and replace the worn spherical bearing bush in time. Check the oil level in the oil tank. If the amount of oil in the oil tank is reduced, and the oil level drops obviously in severe cases, stop the machine for inspection, find out the cause of the fault in time and deal with it accordingly. The end cover at the bottom of the frame is not tightly sealed with the flange of the transmission shaft, so it is necessary to tighten the bolt or replace the gasket; There is oil in the water seal oil discharge, but the oil temperature rises. Clean the oil return tank and oil return pipe on the spherical bearing seat or spherical bearing shell in time, adjust the oil quantity, and add lubricating oil after treatment. If there is water in the oil, handle it in time when the oil level in the oil tank rises. In severe cases, the oil tank should be cleaned and replaced with new oil after treatment. Check the spring tightness of the crusher regularly. When the spring of the crusher is not tight enough, stop the machine and tighten the spring according to the specified range.
