Decision of the People's Government of Zunyi Municipality on Adjustment of Matters of Administrative License
After study, the Municipal People's Government has decided to adjust a number of municipal administrative license matters. Among them, 11 items are decentralized, 1 item is adjusted in the implementation of the main body and management, 19 items are changed in name and basis, and 3 items are added. After the adjustment, the municipal departments to implement the administrative licensing matters for 188.
In accordance with the "who approves, who supervises, who is responsible for" principle, for the decentralization of administrative licensing matters, the relevant units of the municipal government to strengthen the guidance and training to prevent the work of the disconnect, to ensure that the grassroots receive, do well; for the adjustment of the implementation of the main body and the change of management and change of the matter of the name and the basis of the municipal government units to Do a good job of active docking, do a good job of handover; for the new administrative licensing matters, the relevant units of the municipal government within 20 working days to specify the specific institutions and personnel to undertake, the development of administrative licensing process and roadmap, the establishment of a sound administrative licensing supporting systems and norms; for the municipal departments to continue to retain the implementation of the administrative licensing matters, the unified integration of municipal departments of the list of powers and responsibilities for management.
