According to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and COVID-19's "Class A and B Pneumonia", it is the responsibility and obligation of every citizen to vaccinate COVID-19 vaccine, and all school-age people who have no vaccination taboos should be vaccinated. In order to effectively prevent and control the normalized epidemic, establish a national immune barrier as soon as possible, and ensure people's safety and health, our county will implement the "three codes" joint investigation of health code, travel code and COVID-19 vaccination record in various public places from August 2 1 day. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
A, the county office building, residential quarters, medical institutions, traffic stations, hotels, supermarkets, farmers' markets, theaters, tourist attractions and other key places and public * * * places, to arrange someone to be responsible for the health code, bus code and COVID-19 vaccination records "three yards" for associated investigation. Those who have not been vaccinated in COVID-19 should register their names, telephone numbers, residential addresses and other information before entering, and the staff should mobilize them to be vaccinated as soon as possible.
Second, all kinds of key places and public places in the county should collect and summarize the information of people who have not been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine and submit it to the local township government every day, and the residential areas should be directly submitted to the community neighborhood committees. After collecting information, the local township government and community neighborhood committees shall submit it to the county prevention and control office.
Three, the county party and government organs at all levels, enterprises and institutions held meetings and training. No vaccination contraindications and vaccination personnel in COVID-19 shall not participate in principle.
Four, the implementation of epidemic prevention and control of territories, departments, units and individuals, COVID-19 infection caused by COVID-19 vaccine, in accordance with laws and regulations.
Five, there are indeed contraindications can not be vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine, please bring my ID card and medical records to the county hospital, Chinese medicine hospital, Tangshan Chang 'an Hospital, Second Hospital to issue relevant disease certificates.
Residents are requested to actively cooperate with relevant units to conduct "three yards" joint investigation when entering and leaving public places in the county. In order to avoid the inconvenience caused by vaccination to travel and work, residents who have no contraindications but have not been vaccinated are reminded to vaccinate as soon as possible to ensure your life safety and health.
