Article 72 If an employing unit violates the provisions of this Law and engages in any of the following acts, the work safety supervision and management department shall give a warning and order it to make corrections within a specified period of time, and if it fails to do so, it shall impose a fine of not less than RMB 50,000 and not more than RMB 200,000; if the circumstances are serious, the employing unit shall be ordered to stop the operations that produce occupational disease hazards, or the employing unit may be referred to the relevant people's government for closure in accordance with the authority specified by the State Council:

(a) the intensity or concentration of occupational disease hazards in the workplace exceeds the national occupational health standards;

(b) the failure to provide occupational disease protection facilities and personal use of occupational disease protection supplies, or the provision of occupational disease protection facilities and personal use of occupational disease protection supplies do not meet the national occupational health standards and hygiene requirements;

(c) the occupational disease protection equipment, Emergency rescue facilities and personal use of occupational disease protection supplies not in accordance with the provisions of the maintenance, inspection, testing, or can not maintain normal operation, use of the state;

(d) not in accordance with the provisions of the workplace occupational disease hazards detection, evaluation;

(e) workplace occupational disease hazards by the treatment still does not meet the national standards of occupational hygiene and health requirements (vi) not in accordance with the provisions of the arrangement of occupational disease patients, suspected occupational disease patients for diagnosis and treatment;

(vii) the occurrence or possible occurrence of acute occupational disease hazards in the event of accidents, failure to immediately take emergency rescue and control measures or failure to report in accordance with the provisions of the timely report;

(viii) failure to comply with the requirements of serious occupational disease hazards in the workplace of the job wake-up calls.
