①Resonance frequency: f, unit: KHz
The frequency is the frequency measured by the transmission line method with a frequency generator, millivoltmeter, etc., or the frequency measured by impedance characteristic analyzer and other similar instruments. It is generally referred to as the small-signal frequency. Relative to it is the on-board frequency, that is, the customer will be connected to the transducer through the cable to drive the power supply, no-load or loaded after powering up the actual operating frequency measured. Because the customer's matching circuit is different, the same transducer with different drive power supply shows a different frequency, so the frequency can not be used as the basis for ordering.
②Transducer capacitance: CT, unit: PF
The free capacitance of the transducer, generally available capacitance bridge measured at a frequency of 400Hz-1000Hz, can also be used for impedance characterization analyzers similar instruments. More simple, with a general portable capacitance meter measurement can also meet the requirements.
3 transducer mode
Different processing methods and requirements, the transducer mode of operation can be broadly divided into continuous work (lace machine, CD sets of machines, zipper machines, metal welding, etc.) and pulse work (such as plastic welding machine), different modes of operation of the transducer requirements are different. Generally speaking, continuous work has almost no stopping time, but the working current is not very large, and pulse work is intermittent, with stops, but the instantaneous current is very large. On average, both states have a lot of power.
④Transducer type and maximum power
The manufacturer of the whole machine may have different provisions for the nominal power of the machine for different uses and purposes, in other words, the same transducer used in different machines nominal power may be different. To avoid ambiguity, customers should specify the structure type of the transducer, such as column type, inverted horn type, etc., and the diameter and number of piezoelectric ceramic wafers.
⑤Mounting and fitting dimensions
Mainly the material, surface treatment and shape of the transducer rod. Transducer and amplitude rod connection threads, amplitude rod and mold connection threads, amplitude rod flange at the diameter, thickness, number and location of notches or screw holes.
