Natural resources, finance, administrative approval, urban management, market supervision, transportation, agriculture and rural areas, education, culture, tourism, radio and television and other departments in accordance with their respective responsibilities, to do a good job in the management of the classification of household garbage. Article 8 The people's governments of counties (cities) and districts shall combine the actual situation of economic and social development and natural conditions, and determine the mode of classified management of the placement, collection, transportation and disposal of rural household garbage according to local conditions.

The urban and rural areas, densely populated rural areas and other conditions, should establish the urban and rural areas as one of the classification of domestic waste management system. Article 9 The people's governments of cities, counties (cities) and their relevant departments shall strengthen the knowledge and policy propaganda on the reduction and classification of domestic garbage at source, practicing economy and opposing waste, and cultivating the public's civilized awareness of the classification of domestic garbage and the civilized habit of domestic garbage classification.

Radio stations, television stations, newspapers, magazines, the Internet and other media and outdoor advertising carriers should be popularized knowledge of classification and reduction of household garbage public welfare propaganda.

Airports, stations, venues, parks, hotels, shopping malls, supermarkets, stores, commercial office buildings, markets and other places of management or operators, should take various forms of domestic waste classification and reduction of publicity.
