120 First Aid Work Summary

120 First Aid Work Summary

As time flies, another year has passed! This is my fifth year in the hospital. I have witnessed the changes in the hospital here, but what remains unchanged is the seriousness towards work. Looking back on a year's hard work, what have you gained? Passed the intermediate professional title examination; was the first to participate in the 120 pre-hospital first aid work, and has experienced more than five months of pre-hospital first aid training; furthermore, in the Chaoyang District 120 pre-hospital skills competition, our station achieved the overall score First place in the competition; and also participated in the selection of key community talents in Chaoyang District and was shortlisted. In the first half of the year, I worked in Nanhu Dongyuan and the center. I was responsible for the establishment, follow-up and verification of chronic diseases, TCM constitution identification, elderly health examinations, morning overtime work in the hospital for physical examinations for external units and company employees, and community diagnosis overtime work. During my work, I have been responsible for the quality of outpatient medical records, emergency department, and house calls. One month of first aid training in Chaoyang District. The following is a brief introduction to the work of our station 120:

The 120 pre-hospital first aid work is full of tension, sweat, excitement, and wisdom. It requires not only courage, but also proficient skills and good It takes excellent communication, keen judgment, and an excellent team to complete. In more than five months, our train crew has received more than 500 task orders, and all of them have been completed safely. The work involves critical and serious injuries to women and children inside and outside the home, such as car accident injuries, falling injuries from high altitudes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular emergencies (myocardial infarction, ventricular fibrillation, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, aortic dissection aneurysm), pediatric emergencies, dyspnea, drunkenness, Injuries from fights, sudden death, labor, hysteria (respiratory alkalosis), transfer of critically ill patients to hospitals, etc. These are the moments that touch people's hearts. It's really a cold winter day, and the body is dripping with sweat. The most memorable ones are the transportation of severe patients with myocardial infarction and ventricular fibrillation, children with congenital tetralogy of Fallot, unidentified causes of asphyxia in children, dyspnea and pauses in adults, rupture of fetal membranes (labor), massive vaginal bleeding and major traffic accident. Among them, there were three electric defibrillations, two tracheal intubations, one tracheal pin puncture, more than 10 fracture fixation and transport operations, two life support operations for severe craniocerebral trauma, and multiple effective cardiopulmonary resuscitations, successfully treating many critically ill patients! The enthusiastic service was praised by every family member of the 120 staff! You must never go to the scene. This is the solemn mission of Beijing 120. Fear and fear are of no use to work. Only by experiencing danger can you gain experience. Although tired, I still feel very relieved when I see the patient being treated. Our work has not been in vain, our hard work has not been in vain, and I feel a sense of accomplishment immediately!

It is common for 120 to work overtime at work. The most difficult thing is the night shift. It lasts for fifteen or six hours and takes up to 13 trips. I can’t sleep all night and I am chased by phone calls. What’s even more pitiful is that it’s not easy. At 7:50 the next day, a phone call came and he said politely: Huajiadi, please go to the Dongba Olympic Garden. An old man fell and was injured. It was already 8 o'clock before we arrived at the scene. There are no hospitals near the family. I have to go to Jishuitan Hospital. It’s already 11 o’clock when I come back. Sometimes I have to write a large medical record when taking medicine. This is just the tip of the iceberg. After receiving a call, you must get out of the car within 100 seconds, complete the task in 90 minutes, turn on your personal mobile phone 24 hours a day to prepare for emergencies (unscheduled phone calls to check communications), finally have a rest, and arrange a day of major events to ensure the day, first aid drills, training, Examinations and first aid knowledge lectures are conducted unconditionally during breaks.

In short, it is a high-intensity work with no guarantee of rest time and no one pays overtime pay. Although there is a huge difference between effort and income, we have no complaints because of the shortage of 120 medical personnel. This is also the reason why Chaoyang District implements community emergency services for the sake of patients. Bar!

Every time I left the car, the whole team actively assisted in the lifting, and received praise and thanks from my family. However, I sprained my waist and wrist many times, and had to leave the night shift to seek treatment at the physical therapy department. After delivering the patient, I quickly came back and continued to write medical records and paste treatment sheets. Because I always lower my head, my neck often hurts. Thanks to my colleague Xiao Fei for helping to paste the treatment sheets, I always feel busy as soon as I get to work, taking orders and recording time (taking tasks) time, dispatch time, departure time, arrival time, departure time, hospital arrival time, task completion time), calling to ask about the condition, bringing equipment upstairs, asking for medical history, physical examination, auxiliary examination, analysis and judgment of the condition, Give medical orders, explain the condition, move the patient on a trolley, treat, and deliver the patient to the hospital department to hand over the patient. The hospital doctor or nurse signs the handover order, goes back to write medical records and prescriptions, writes rescue records, and waits for the next task. I feel dry eyes and tired body after get off work! The bitterness may only be understood by those who participate.

In the hot summer, the back of the clothes is soaked with sweat; in the heavy rain in autumn, the flesh and blood body is beaten, and you still rush to the scene with a smile after a few sneezes; I believe everyone can feel the cold and wind in the winter, and catch a cold , fever is always with us, and comrades persist in getting through it. I remember one time I had a severe cough at night. I couldn’t stand it anymore and no one could take my place. I had no choice but to ask for a day of sick leave from my boss. After the approval, I was so happy that I shed tears. The understanding and comfort from my colleagues made me feel as warm as a family member! I would like to thank my team members. I feel honored to have you with me through thick and thin. These are the beautiful memories we have together and are the most precious wealth in my life! At the same time, we would like to thank the leaders of the hospital for their understanding, support and condolences for our work!

In nearly one month, I will have completed 6 months of 120 pre-hospital first aid work, and will return to work in the hospital. The experience and accumulation of these six months will have a positive impact on my future work and life. Great help. I remember that during my work in the center, I was repeatedly praised by the director and supervisor of the center for my seriousness and proficiency in my work. This is all recognition and encouragement for me. I will not be arrogant or impetuous, continue to maintain this work attitude, unite my colleagues, * **We will do our best to ensure safe medical care and satisfactory service in the hospital! ;
