Infrared lamps and ultraviolet lamps are useful respectively?

A lamp in which the main component of radiation is in the infrared spectral range.

Infrared heating lamps

Infrared heating/industrial lamps, made of blown shells or pressed glass, are reflector lamps that provide precisely controlled energy radiation. They are simple, safe, transparent, easy to maintain and transport. Coated red glass reduces visible light (glare) by 75%.

The hard glass is mechanically and thermally strong and is resistant to sudden cooling and water splashing. Taking into account the permissible shell and head temperatures, the 150W lamp complies with the IRI section of the IEC 240 standard, while the other lamps comply with the IR11 section.

The ignition position of infrared heating/industrial lamps depends on their outer casing:

-Lamps with a transparent outer casing have an unrestricted ignition position.

-For lamps with red coloring, the position is with the lamp head facing upwards, within 45 degrees.

Industrial infrared heating

Tube-shaped double-ended quartz lamps, made of high-quality quartz material, is a highly efficient heating source, emitting short-wave infrared, some with a reflective layer, the filament has a tungsten filament support to prevent the filament from sagging, with high efficiency, fast heat transfer, responsive to the control device, compact structure, light weight and other advantages. Used in the semiconductor industry, hot electronic wafers, blowing PETP bottles, reflow soldering equipment, drying filler, motor vehicle repair drying paint, medical applications, photocopiers, colorant positioning, printed circuit board solder melting, food heating and disinfection, and so on.
