In order to improve the administrative law enforcement field of punishment and prevention of corruption system, optimize the development environment, the city of the current municipal administrative penalties combed and standardized. After rigorous examination and validation, the city government determined to continue to implement the municipal administrative penalties 2864 (***4282 code), canceled or suspended the implementation of 109, adjusted to the daily regulatory measures 190, decentralized by the county (city) district implementation of 151 (see attached table, omitted).
The relevant departments at all levels should seriously do a good job of administrative penalties combing and standardizing the results of the implementation of the work.
