(3) other sexually transmitted diseases prescribed by the health administrative departments of the province or above. The former paragraph referred to professional and technical personnel for the prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, refers to the municipal health administrative department training or recognition of sexually transmitted diseases with licensed diagnosis and treatment, testing qualifications of physicians, examiners (staff).
