Our unit in November 2006 commissioned the Jinan Environmental Protection Planning and Design Institute of my unit of radiation environmental impact assessment, preparation and approval of the environmental impact report form, and in June 2007 obtained by the Shandong Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau issued the "Radiation Safety Production License", the date of issuance of the license for: June 8, 2007, is valid for June 7, 2012! -500 film machine (125kv 500ma annual exposure time of 2 hours), TX-III library type gastrointestinal machine (110kv 200ma annual exposure time of 150 hours), the current X-ray device equipment: Germany Siemens double-layer spiral CT machine, TX-III library type gastrointestinal machine, the United States GE R-500 film machine, GE Feitian 6000 film machine (new), mainly used for diagnosis of diseases, medical photography and so on. The imaging department is located in the west side of the hospital, a separate place with the neighboring departments have a long distance.
Second, radiation management
1, the work of the ray device:
(1) by the working principle of the X-ray device can be seen, X-rays are generated with the machine on and off and disappear. The X-ray device used in our hospital does not produce rays in the non-diagnostic state, and X-rays occur only when the machine is turned on and in the exposure state, and the device does not produce radioactive wastewater and radioactive waste gas during operation, and there is no radioactive solid waste.
(2) X-ray device radiation accident is extremely unlikely, but in extreme conditions may occur: ① X-ray equipment in the working state of non-diagnostic personnel who mistakenly broke into the accidental irradiation; ② X-ray equipment in the working state of the protective door is not closed, on the neighborhood of the flow of people to produce accidental radiation. For this reason, outside the protective door hanging "beware of ionizing radiation" warning signs and "work lights" and door-machine chain device.
2, the use of personal protective equipment:
My unit is engaged in X-ray staff **** 14 people, for each of them equipped with a quality meter, the department is equipped with lead clothing, lead caps and other protective supplies for the operator and patient protection during working hours.
Ventilation devices are set up in the workroom to discharge harmful gases out of the window in time.
3, the implementation of the radiation environment management system:
(1) the establishment of a safety protection management organization. My unit developed by the president as head of the ` radiation and environmental protection organization, responsible for unit radiation safety and protection work, and developed a "radiation protection safety management institutions and responsibilities", clear job responsibilities.
(2) management regulations. Units in accordance with the corresponding laws and regulations, the development of a more comprehensive safety and radiation protection management system, including: "Radioactive Equipment Safety Operating Procedures", "Operator Job Responsibilities", "Radiation Protection and Safety and Security System", "Equipment Repair and Maintenance System", "Radiation Accident Emergency Response Plan", "Radiation Safety Responsibility for the work", "Radioactive Device Training Program" and other related systems.
(3) engaged in ray staff education and training. All radiation staff of the unit is scheduled to participate in regular batches by the Liaocheng City Health Bureau of the CDC and the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau of radioisotopes and radiation devices organized by the safety of knowledge training, the requirements must be through the examination, with the municipal health and Environmental Protection Agency issued by the certificate of induction on duty.
(4) occupational health checks. Unit for each radiation worker to establish a sound health record, on time and regularly participate in the annual physical examination of the city CDC.
(5) daily use of registration and daily inspection of security devices. Ray device often maintenance and regular inspection and make records, maintenance records are registered.
