Legal analysis: different regions have different standards for noise pollution. According to the national standards for environmental noise in urban areas: 1, residents, cultural and educational areas of the standard value of 55 dB during the day, 45 dB at night; 2, residents, commercial and industrial mixed areas of 60 dB during the day, 50 dB at night; 3, industrial areas of 65 dB during the day, 55 dB at night; 4, the standard value of the noise of the two sides of the traffic artery road for the 70 dB during the day, 55 dB at night. Exceeding the above standards will be harmful to the human body.
Legal basis: "Chinese People's *** and State Environmental Noise Pollution Prevention and Control Law" Article 63 The meaning of the following terms in this law:
(a) "noise emissions" refers to the source of noise to the surrounding living environment radiation noise;
(b) "" noise-sensitive buildings "refers to the surrounding living environment radiation noise;
(c)" noise-sensitive buildings "refers to the noise-sensitive buildings" refers to the noise-sensitive buildings. Noise-sensitive buildings" refers to hospitals, schools, institutions, scientific research units, residential and other buildings that need to be kept quiet;
(3) "Noise-sensitive buildings concentrated areas" refers to medical areas, cultural, educational and scientific research areas, and areas dominated by institutions or residential buildings;
(d) "Night time" means the period between 22:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.;
(e) "Motorized vehicles" means automobiles and motorcycles.
