The ultraviolet aging test chamber is a common test chamber commodity, which is suitable for the aging test of non-metallic sun-resistant and artificial service light sources. Eight ultraviolet fluorescent tubes with high power of 4W are selected as light sources.
1. If the ultraviolet aging tester is in elastic working condition, it should be kept dry and cut off the switching power supply.
2. After the experiment, drain the water in the tester and wipe the personal studio and box.
3. The sensing technology equipment in the room should not be hit by super force during work;
4. The ultraviolet aging test box should be placed in an area with excellent natural ventilation (it is suggested to install a ventilation fan to maintain natural ventilation), and it should never be installed in a dusty place;
5. If the ultraviolet aging test box is abnormal and cannot be removed by itself, please ask the relevant staff, and it is unnecessary to disassemble it without authorization;
6. It is unnecessary to terminate the ultraviolet aging test chamber for a long time. Before re-application, water resources, switching power supply and various components must be carefully studied, and the ultraviolet aging test chamber should be restarted after it is clear and accurate;
7. The actual operating staff wear safety goggles and thread protectors, because the ultraviolet radiation source has obvious harm to the staff (especially the eyes), so the actual operating staff should try to avoid touching ultraviolet light (the contact time should be <: 1min)；
8. It is forbidden for chemicals to touch this ultraviolet aging test box; (put an end to flammable materials and explosions);
9. The sewage discharge system of the ultraviolet aging test box must be installed in time;
1. After each experiment, remove the test sample and clean the inner container of the ultraviolet aging test box;
11. After using it, remember to put smoke and dust on the plastic casing. If there is smoke and dust, it should be removed immediately to keep the casing clean and tidy to prevent smoke and dust from invading the casing.
