Trolleys
Trolleys are divided into two types: large carts and small carts. There are 2,000 large trolleys***, with a maximum loading capacity of 120kg, which are mainly placed in the domestic terminal building gates 1, 2, 3 and the international terminal building gates A1, A3, and the area of the luggage carousel of domestic and international arrivals. There are 450 small carts with a maximum load of 80kg, all of which are located in the segregated area, mainly opposite to boarding gate No. 17 of the domestic departure hall and near boarding gates No. 20 and 25 of the domestic arrival hall.
Baggage packing
Service location: left side of Gate A3 of the Departure Hall Terminal on the second floor of the International Terminal Building and right side of Gates 7, 11 and 13 of the Departure Hall Terminal on the second floor of the Domestic Terminal Building.
Multimedia telephones
Nearly 70 multimedia telephones, IC card phones and other communication tools are provided in various areas of the terminal, including a number of new multimedia public telephones introduced in Terminal 3, which provide free local calls and Internet access.
Drinking fountains
Many self-service drinking fountains have been set up in the terminal building, which are located in areas where passengers are concentrated, including 22 drinking fountains in the domestic terminal building and 21 drinking fountains in the international terminal building. The automatic drinking fountains are equipped with two elbows for receiving water, and they can provide drinking water at three temperatures: room temperature, lukewarm temperature and hot temperature.
Medical Assistance
The airport has four medical centers: the first aid center, the first aid room in T1, the first aid room in T2, and the first aid station in T3. The addresses of the first aid rooms in the terminal are located in the opposite of boarding gate B12 in the T1 domestic terminal, in the forbidden area of room 3080 in the T2 international terminal, and in the opposite of boarding gate B23 in the T3 domestic terminal.
Luggage Storage
The luggage storage is located behind the check-in island in Departure Hall F of the terminal.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found is located in the Arrivals Hall of the terminal opposite to Gate 12, behind the Information Desk in the Arrivals Hall.
Foreign Currency Exchange
There are three branches in the airport*** offering foreign currency exchange services in 20 currencies such as RMB, USD, HKD, GBP, JPY, EUR, etc. The addresses are located in the Departure Restricted Area of Terminal A near Boarding Gate A02, across from the Tobacco and Alcohol Duty Free Shop; across from Gate 2 of the Arrivals Hall of Terminal A next to the Family Dollar Convenience Store; and across from the Lost & Found office in the Arrivals Hall of Terminal B, near Gate 12 of the Arrivals Hall. Near Gate No. 12 of the Arrival Hall of Terminal B, diagonally opposite to the Lost and Found.
ATM Machines
There are four banks with ATM machines in the terminal, including ICBC ATMs near Gates 5 and 11 in the domestic terminal, Hangzhou Bank ATMs near Gates 5 and 13 in the domestic terminal, and Shanghai Bank ATMs near Gates 3 and 7 in the international terminal; China Construction Bank ATMs are located near Gate 11 of the International Terminal Building.
Smoking Lounges
The airport provides six smoking lounges, the international terminal smoking lounge is located on the departure level of the remote aircraft, and the domestic terminal smoking lounges are located across from Boarding Gate B08, across from Boarding Gate B12, across from Boarding Gate B14, to the left of Boarding Gate B43, and to the left of Boarding Gate B35.
Airport Police Station
Temporary identification is available at the Airport Terminal Police Station, located to the right of the security check at Gate 9 of the Domestic Terminal Departure Hall.
