Article 22 of the Product Quality Law stipulates that consumers have the right to enquire about product quality problems with the producers and sellers of the products, and to lodge complaints with the product quality supervision department, the administration for industry and commerce and other relevant departments, and the department accepting the complaints shall be responsible for dealing with them.
Article 23 provides that: social organizations for the protection of consumer rights and interests can be reflected in the consumer product quality problems recommended by the relevant departments responsible for dealing with the support of consumers on the product quality of the damage caused by the people's court.
