When the relative humidity is 85%, the insulation resistance of the electrical circuit is not less than 24MΩ, and there is a relay grounding wire to transmit the leakage power. The connecting wire is protected by a metal hose.

3. This equipment has been verified by the technical department before leaving the factory. The oil circuit and gas circuit are installed firmly, and after pressure test, there is no leakage.

Four, the composition of the incineration device includes:

Furnace body primary combustion chamber, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, chimney, flue, pipeline system, high-pressure blower, secondary pressure induced draft fan, primary burner, secondary burner, electric control cabinet, temperature display device, detection device, etc.

Combustion process flow and brief description:

Garbage is manually put into the primary combustion chamber of the furnace body, and the primary combustion is started by automatic temperature control, and it is fully oxidized, pyrolyzed and burned in the combustion chamber of the furnace body according to the principle of three T's (temperature, time and eddy current). The flue gas generated by incineration enters the secondary combustion chamber, and the unburned harmful substances in the flue gas are further destroyed in the secondary combustion chamber. In order to thoroughly decompose unburned substances and meet the emission requirements, the secondary combustion chamber is equipped with a burner for combustion support and a unique secondary air supply device to ensure that the flue gas can fully contact with oxygen at high temperature, and at the same time ensure the residence time of the flue gas in the secondary combustion chamber, and adjust the air supply according to the oxygen content of the flue gas at the outlet of the secondary combustion chamber. The temperature in the secondary combustion chamber is controlled, and the dust with large particles is removed by the dust collector, so that the incineration efficiency and the elimination rate can reach above 99%, thus achieving the effect of no odor, no odor and no smoke, and reaching the national emission standards. Then it enters the chimney and is discharged into the atmosphere, and the ash produced after combustion is taken out, screened, transported and buried manually.
