Briefly describe the main functions of Access forms?

A form is an interface that provides the user with the ability to query, enter, modify, and delete data in order to allow the user to enter or access data in the most comfortable environment. The main functions are: entering and displaying data in the database, using switch panels to open other forms and reports in the database, and using custom boxes to accept user input and perform operations based on that input.
