Application for a comprehensive business license to collect, store and dispose of hazardous waste should have the following conditions:
1, there are more than three environmental engineering or related professional title of intermediate or above, and more than three years of experience in solid waste pollution control of technical personnel;
2, there are in line with the State Council's competent department of transportation related to the transportation of hazardous goods safety requirements of the Transportation tools;
