People's Governments of Municipalities and Counties (Districts), Departments of the Autonomous Region Government, and Institutions Directly Undertaken by the People's Republic of China*** and the State Administrative License Law and the State Council on the Fourth Batch of Decision on the Fourth Batch of Cancellation and Adjustment of Administrative Approval Projects", combined with the actual situation in our region, the people's government of the autonomous region decided to cancel and adjust the fifth batch of 48 administrative approval projects. Among them, 16 items of administrative approval projects were canceled and 32 items of administrative approval projects were adjusted.

All regions and departments should seriously do a good job of canceling and adjusting the administrative approval project implementation and convergence work, and effectively strengthen the follow-up supervision. To implement the scientific concept of development, to adapt to improve the socialist market economic system, strengthen and improve macro-control and the requirements of changing government functions, and effectively strengthen the construction of government effectiveness, continue to deepen the reform of the administrative approval system, and constantly optimize the administrative environment, innovative management concepts and approval methods, improve administrative capacity and service level, and promote the region's economic development and fast.
