4. Transmission line, voltage level 500KV or above, line length 15KM or above, cost 100 million yuan or above.
(F) Railway Engineering:
1. Formation stations, stations with an investment of 25 million yuan and above, or 25 kilometers and above the line comprehensive engineering.
2. Two-line tunnels with a length of 1 kilometer and above or single-line tunnels with a length of 2 kilometers and above.
3. Bridges with a length of 800 meters and above or with an investment of 25 million yuan and above.
(VII) water conservancy projects:
The scale of the project is the total reservoir capacity of 25 million cubic meters and above the main project of the reservoir or the cost of 30 million or more water conservancy projects.
