Advantech 610 power on power POWER does not light up and can not start, after power failure can not power on?

For Advantech 610 ICPC power-on power light is not on and cannot start, here are some suggestions to diagnose and solve the problem:

Check the power supply: Make sure that the power cord of the ICPC is connected correctly and that the power outlet has power. Use a multimeter to check if the power supply outputs normal 12V and 5V voltages.

Check for display problems: If the rest of the ICPC is normal, but the monitor has no display, the display signal output may be set incorrectly or there may be a VGA line problem. Try clearing the CMOS to restore the default settings, or setting the display output to VGA in the BIOS.

Checking Hardware Connections: Open the chassis cover and check to see if the memory stick is installed correctly or if it is loose. Re-plugging or replacing the memory stick may help resolve the issue.

System failure: If all the above hardware checks are correct, the operating system may be corrupted. You can try to use a boot disk to start the ICPC, back up the data and reinstall the operating system.

BIOS check: Press Delete key to enter BIOS setup when booting up, check whether the hard disk parameters are correct, and make sure that there is no unbootable situation due to incorrect BIOS setup.

Hardware failure: If none of the above steps solve the problem, the motherboard or other key hardware components may be failing. If there is an alarm sound, further analyze the problem based on the different characteristics of the sound.

Professional Repair: If self-testing and repairing is ineffective, it is recommended to contact Advantech's technical support or professional repair personnel for inspection and repair.

When doing so, be sure to follow electrical safety codes and consider the warranty status of your computing device. If the device is still under warranty, it is recommended that you contact the manufacturer directly for repairs to avoid unnecessary damage from repairing the device on your own.
