China-Japan fast-track policy is what can travel to Japan in December

Today you should see the November 30 launch of China-Japan fast-track policy, in fact, simply put, that is, after another part of the population need to travel to Japan, the relevant restrictions will be relaxed, and do not necessarily need to isolate the 14 days, which will help you to travel.

December can go to Japan to travel

Can not, now there is no reply to the tourist visa, not yet can travel it.

China-Japan fast-track policy

Japan promises to resume business contacts and relax restrictions on short-term and long-term resident visas for business people within this month.

What does "relaxation" mean?

The official statement said that for short-term business trips, if certain conditions are met (such as submitting an itinerary plan at the time of entry), you will not be required to be quarantined for 14 days after entering Japan. China and Japan have reached the ****understanding that they will ****share information on entry and exit and take other effective measures to combat the Shinkansen outbreak.

27, the "Global Times" reporter from the Japanese Embassy in Beijing official website released on the same day, "began to restore the stage of international personnel exchanges," was informed that the "business channel" is divided into two types of short-term visas and long-term visas. Short-term visas are limited to business purposes, such as business trips to Japan for business contacts, negotiations, signing contracts, after-sales service, publicity, market research, attendance at meetings, cultural exchanges, sports exchanges, etc., and can stay for up to 90 days.

Long-term visas are mainly for those who go to Japan to work, and are applicable to 19 categories of people who hold a certificate of eligibility to stay in Japan, such as business management, transferring jobs within a company, reporting, medical care, education, skills, and training.

Conditions for exemption:

1. Before entering the country, have a negative PCR test certificate from your country of residence (within 72 hours);

2. Upon entry into the country, submit a detailed plan of action (schedule) to the immigration officer of the other country.

3. Not to use public transportation during business trips to the other country;

4. Not to go to places other than the company you are visiting and the hotel you are staying at.

And those whose medium- and long-term visas are limited to long-term presence in the other country will continue to be required to be isolated for 14 days.

Without incident, the exemption from the quarantine period for businesspeople between China and Japan will likely come into effect from Nov. 1, and embassies and consulates on both sides will accept applications for business visas for processing.

"The 14-day quarantine period" is the biggest "obstacle" to the resumption of personnel exchanges between China and Japan, especially for some businesspeople who feel helpless, a plane ticket costs more than 20,000 yuan, go to the quarantine for 14 days, and come back to the quarantine for another 14 days, a trip to the country will cost 1,000 yuan. A trip to the country will take one month.

The closeness of economic cooperation between China and Japan is high. The Japanese government said the number of people traveling from China to Japan on business trips in 2019 reached 373,000; and there are as many as 32,000 Japanese companies in China, the most among all countries and regions. If we can't ensure the convenience of business trips between each other, it will be difficult for many economic cooperation to go forward smoothly.

In fact, China and Japan have been negotiating for two months to open up "mutual exemption" for businesspeople. Originally, the Japanese side was concerned that the Chinese tracking system of health codes would jeopardize the privacy of Japanese people, and therefore there has been a delay in reaching an agreement. Interestingly, the Japanese government has recently found the Chinese health code tracking system to be a good one and has decided to adopt it as well in order to monitor the whereabouts of people entering the country without quarantine measures.

Looking forward to an early and full liberalization of entry restrictions, Japan has already announced the lifting of entry restrictions on foreign students, and the entry of holders of medium- and long-term visas of more than three months and businesspeople is being resumed, with the further relaxation of practical countermeasures making the "fast track" between China and Japan even more desirable!

In recent years, Japan's advanced medical equipment and medical technology has also attracted more and more Chinese people to go to Japan for medical treatment, the 2021 Tokyo Olympics will soon be held, the Japanese government intends to fully open up tourist visas in April, I believe that the next cross-border medical tourism industry will show explosive growth!

The medical translation industry, as a key link in the cross-border medical industry chain, is playing an increasingly important role! With the Japanese government vigorously pursuing the "tourism country" and "medical country" policies, there are about 430,000 people going to Japan to receive medical services every year, and medical interpreters have become a bridge between doctors and patients.

While the outbreak in China has been effectively controlled, many other outbreaks around the world are still at a stage where caution is needed. Japan has repeatedly liberalized its entry policies, and its desire to boost its economy is clear.
