Without incident, the exemption from the quarantine period for businesspeople between China and Japan will likely come into effect from Nov. 1, and embassies and consulates on both sides will accept applications for business visas for processing.
"The 14-day quarantine period" is the biggest "obstacle" to the resumption of personnel exchanges between China and Japan, especially for some businesspeople who feel helpless, a plane ticket costs more than 20,000 yuan, go to the quarantine for 14 days, and come back to the quarantine for another 14 days, a trip to the country will cost 1,000 yuan.
