1. If the elevator is out of service, it shall apply to the supervision department of the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision of the local jurisdiction for suspension. When applying, you need to submit an application form for stopping the use of special equipment, and fill in the relevant information of the elevator in detail, such as the user, elevator model and floor.
2. After filling in the form, you need to affix the official seal of the employer, and then send it back to the regulatory authorities for the record. After filing, the supervision department will give the specific outage time according to the situation, and notify the user to stop the elevator within the specified time.
