Third, the epidemic prevention and control requirements
(a) Interview candidates must consciously do a good job of their own health management. Before the interview, return to Jin and Quan in advance, avoid going to high-risk areas in the epidemic, there are cases reported but have not yet adjusted the risk level of the region and outside the country, and take the initiative to reduce the number of outings and unnecessary gatherings, people in contact.
(b) The interviews implement the health information declaration system for candidates. Candidates are required to download and complete the "Interview Candidates Health Management Information Book" (Attachment 2), truthfully declaring their personal history of living in a high-risk area within seven days and their personal health status, and handing it to the staff when entering the venue.
(c) When entering the test site, the strict implementation of temperature measurement, scanning and inspection code (place code, health code, trip code), check the evidence (within 48 hours of the nucleic acid test negative proof, subject to the time of the test, electronic, paper can be), wearing masks (the candidates to provide) and other epidemic prevention and control "four elements".
Those who have one of the following conditions are not allowed to enter the test center to participate in the examination:
1. On-site inspection found to have an abnormal temperature (≥ 37.3 ℃) or the emergence of a persistent cough, fatigue, loss of sense of smell, etc., by the on-site medical staff research and judgment, can not rule out the risk of infectious diseases;
2. Shanxi Health Code is not green code;
3. Can not provide an interview Proof of negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the interview;
4. Failure to wear a mask as required by regulations.
(d) According to the epidemic situation and the overall deployment of epidemic prevention and control requirements, if necessary, the interview related work arrangements will be appropriately adjusted. Please pay attention to the Shanxi Personnel Examination column, consciously abide by the relevant requirements, ready to participate in the interview.
(e) Where the violation of the province, the city of the normalization of the epidemic prevention and control of the relevant provisions, concealment, misreporting of information related to the epidemic or do not cooperate with the work of epidemic prevention, the interview qualification is canceled.
Fourth, notes
1. Interview candidates must be interviewed on the date of the morning before 7:20 to the designated place to report to the exam, 15 minutes late and above is considered to automatically give up the qualifications of the interview, prohibited entry. 2. Interview candidates must bring their own valid ID card and qualification examination is completed after the seal of the written examination pass, where the documents do not match the person or incomplete documents shall not participate in the interview.
3. 5. Interview candidates must strictly abide by the interview discipline and waiting regulations, obey the management, violators in accordance with the relevant provisions of the corresponding treatment.
