Article 11 Governments at all levels shall, in accordance with urban and rural construction plans, gradually improve various public health service facilities, clean, disinfect and harmlessly treat sewage, dirt, garbage and feces to prevent infection. (7) The sewage discharged by general hospitals and infectious disease hospitals (departments) must be treated harmlessly and meet the prescribed discharge standards.
(8) Waste from general hospitals and infectious disease hospitals (departments) must be stored in a centralized manner and disposed of in a harmless manner by safe incineration or landfill after disinfection. It is strictly prohibited to mix it with municipal domestic waste.
(9) Staff in hospitals at all levels and types engaged in dentistry, hemodialysis, organ transplantation, midwifery, baby rooms, and preparation rooms should undergo regular physical examinations in accordance with Article 17 of these rules.
(10) The construction, reconstruction and expansion of hospitals must be subject to preventive health supervision and approval by the health and epidemic prevention agencies. Article 15 Health and epidemic prevention institutions and scientific research, teaching, production inspection and other units engaged in experiments on pathogenic microorganisms must implement national regulations on the classification, preservation, carrying, transportation and destruction of bacterial (virus) species to prevent the spread of pathogenic microorganisms .
