Capillary welding process

When the capillary tube is welded with the drying filter or other pipes, the diameter difference between them is very large, and the heat capacity of the capillary tube is very small, which easily leads to overheating, which makes the metallographic grains of the capillary tube increase, brittle and easy to break. In order to prevent the capillary from overheating, the gas welding flame should avoid the capillary to make it reach the welding temperature at the same time as the thick tube, or a thick copper sheet can be clamped on the capillary with a metal clip to appropriately increase its heat dissipation area to avoid overheating.
