The motor drives the diaphragm above the left and right ends of the plunger through the gearbox to reciprocate one after the other. In the left and right two pump chambers, equipped with upper and lower four one-way ball valves, the movement of the diaphragm, resulting in a change in the volume of the pump chamber, forcing the four one-way ball valves to open and close alternately, so that the liquid is constantly sucked in and discharged. The picture on the left is an electric diaphragm pump.
2. Classification
In addition to diaphragm pumps, according to different working principles can also be divided into single-stage single-suction centrifugal pumps, single-stage double-suction centrifugal pumps, multi-stage centrifugal pumps, air-conditioning pumps, fire pumps, pipeline pumps, sewage pumps, chemical pumps, hot-water pumps, pumps, self-priming pumps, vacuum pumps, gear oil pumps, mixed-flow pumps, boiler feed pumps and other pumps.
3. Micro pump applications
Micro pumps are widely used in industry, agriculture, chemical industry, medical equipment, mobile water supply equipment, water purification, water treatment and many other fields. Such as common reverse osmosis water purification system, filters, spray devices, chemical metering and liquid; vehicles, ships, yachts and other use of food, rinsing, showering, toilet flushing; food, beverage processing and processing equipment, to achieve the transfer of fluid food, distribution, filling; cleaning equipment, road construction equipment, purification equipment, cooling systems; and other needs of the liquid transfer and spraying equipment.
