Nayong County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital was built in 1984. It is a second-class comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine hospital in the county that integrates medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention and health care. The hospital currently has 188 staff (including 13 with senior professional titles and 35 with intermediate professional titles) and 161 beds. It has departments of internal medicine, surgery, orthopedics, emergency department, obstetrics and gynecology, acupuncture, ophthalmology, ear, nose and throat, and anesthesia. 4. Registration and Qualification Review

4. Information required for registration:
(1) Original and photocopy of graduation certificate and degree certificate (employment recommendation form for recent graduates);

5. Registration and qualification review will be conducted by the County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine at a unified time and location.

5. Interview
The number of applicants for each recruitment position will go directly to the interview. Interview scores are calculated using a percentage system.
The content is mainly based on on-site Q&A. The interview examiner group has 7 examiners in each group. One mark is removed on the spot, the lowest score is removed, and the average score of the remaining 5 examiners is used to determine the candidate's final interview score. Candidates with higher interview scores will be selected to enter the next stage in order of interview scores; candidates who did not participate in the interview will be disqualified from entering the next stage.

6. Physical Examination
According to the total test score of the interviewer from high to low, the physical examination objects are determined in a 1:1 ratio between the planned number of each position and the interviewers for the position. If the total scores for the last place in the same position are tied, they will be listed as subjects for physical examination at the same time. The standards are implemented with reference to the "General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" (Guo Renbu Fa [2005] No. 1).

7. Political review and assessment
Those who have passed the physical examination will be listed as assessment objects. Under the guidance of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Nayong County, the assessment work will be organized and implemented by an assessment team established by the Nayong County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. The political review mainly examines the applicant's ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance, etc. Be comprehensive, objective and fair.
Anyone found to have one of the following circumstances during the political review will be deemed to have failed the political review:

8. Employment
Those who have passed the interview, physical examination, and political review will go through the relevant employment procedures with the hospital after being informed that they have no objections. Newly hired personnel are subject to a three-month probationary period, which is included in the employment contract period. Recruited personnel must obey the hospital's professional arrangements.
