What are the technical requirements for titanium rods?

Titanium rod has good physical and chemical properties, low density, light weight, no magnetism, high strength and good corrosion resistance. It has good mechanical properties and welding properties. Baoji titanium rods are widely used in chemical equipment, seawater desalination, ship parts, electroplating industry and so on. The corrosion resistance of titanium is 10 times that of ordinary stainless steel, and titanium is a metal with low rejection rate, so the processed parts of medical titanium rods are widely used in human implants and medical devices. Technical requirements: 1, the chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy bars shall conform to GB/T 3620. 1, and the allowable deviation of chemical composition shall conform to GB/T 3620.2 when the buyer reinspects. 2. The diameter or side length of hot-processed steel bar and its allowable deviation shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 3. When the hot-worked steel bar is turned (ground) and cold-rolled, the allowable deviation of the diameter of the cold-drawn steel bar shall comply with the provisions in Table 2. 4. After hot working, the out-of-roundness of polished rod should not be greater than half of its dimensional tolerance. 5. The indefinite length of the bar in the processed state is 300-6000mm, the indefinite length of the bar in the annealed state is 300-2000 mm, and the fixed length or double length should be within the indefinite length range.
