Enterprise History
In 1997, Jimke started the export business of YZL (6YL) series of small-sized oil presses, which were initially used to get the crude oil of vegetable oil pressed. The crude oil can reach the quality standard of edible oil after being processed by the filtration and refining equipments provided by us. In the process of later operation, some of our customers used this product for the pre-pressing of biodiesel; for this reason, Jimke has set up its own biodiesel equipment project team to provide customers with advice and assistance in the production of biodiesel. According to the official report of China Customs Statistics, the export quantity of Jimke oil presses ranked the first in China from 2002 to 2004.
In 2005, Jimke started the export business of small pellet mill, which is mainly used in the production of traditional feed industry. In the process, some of our customers applied this pellet mill directly to the pelletizing of biomass energy industry and achieved success! The success brought us a big surprise at the same time, also makes us start to pay attention to this very promising green energy industry. After in-depth research, we found that due to the unique biomass properties of biomass raw materials, although the original feed pellet mill can produce biomass pellets, but due to the pelleting process only allows the addition of a small amount or even do not allow the addition of any binder requirements, resulting in wear parts life, production and so on, can not reach the optimal state. In this case, in 2007, Jimke set up biomass pelletizing machinery and equipment R & D department, dedicated to biomass pelletizing equipment and its supporting mechanical products and technology research and development and innovation. After a lot of tests, improvements and technological innovations, finally developed Jimke ZLSP series pellet mill; this series of pellets broke through the traditional feed pellet mill in the biomass pelleting of all kinds of limitations, to meet the needs of customers for commercialization of biomass pelleting.
Currently, Jimke has a number of core patented technologies in biomass pelletizing, in addition to small household pellet mill products, Jimke also provides customers with a single machine with an hourly output of more than 2 tons of biomass pellet mill host products and a full set of biomass pelletizing equipment, which can provide customers with a full range of services from the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning and training. Up to now Jimke has built several turnkey biomass pellet production lines in Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Northern Europe, Western Europe, North America and South Africa respectively. According to the official statistics report of China Customs, the export volume of Jimke pellet mill products in 2009 and 2010 ranked first in China.
