Shanghai Electric now has three products: 1.25MW, 2MW, and 3.6MW, and has formed a series of multiple models. Each model is optimized for specific wind resources and climate conditions, providing users with Provide personalized design and service.
1.25MW products are well received by users for their high reliability. The 1.25MW series wind turbines have three rotor diameters of 62m, 64m, and 70m, and three different hub heights of 65m, 68m, and 91.5m are available. So far, more than 400 1.25MW series wind turbines have been produced in total, which are distributed in various wind farms in Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Shandong, etc., achieving the export of the first batch of domestic megawatt-class wind turbines. And we have designed and produced a series of models: normal temperature type, low temperature type, plateau type, 60 Hz type, etc.
The 2MW product with independent intellectual property rights successfully developed by Shanghai Electric has standard configurations of 87-meter and 93-meter wind turbines, forming a series of products with low temperature resistance, typhoon resistance, salt spray resistance, etc., and achieving batch production Production. The Dafeng prototype was successfully operated in early 2009. Rudong Chaojian belt wind turbine was connected to the grid to generate electricity in early 2010. The first 2MW offshore wind turbine in China was installed in Xiangshui, Jiangsu. There are already a number of them in Changxing Island, Tieling, Tianjin Dashentang, etc. The 2MW wind farm is entering the construction stage.
The 3.6MW large-scale offshore wind turbine independently developed by Shanghai Electric has a rotor diameter of 116 meters. It is currently the most technologically advanced and largest-capacity wind turbine in China and represents the future development direction of Chinese wind turbines. The prototype will be rolled off the production line in June 2010 and installed in August; the second 3.6MW wind turbine is planned to be put into the sea on the Donghai Bridge at the end of this year.
Shanghai Electric is determined to become a leader in technology and products in the wind power industry and has accelerated product development. The self-designed 3.6MW offshore wind turbine is about to be rolled off the production line, and the capacity expansion of the 2MW wind turbine will be completed this year. The 5MW wind turbine under development will also be rolled off the production line in the third quarter of next year. At the same time, it has begun to develop direct drive or semi-direct drive products with larger capacity. .
