This training is divided into two parts: "sharing hospital infection events" and "content analysis of disinfection and isolation quality control".
First of all, Ma introduced seven "hospital infection incidents" that shocked China in recent ten years from the aspects of incident process, cause analysis, treatment results and warning, and the main departments involved were neonatal department and hemodialysis room. Due to the lack of attention and supervision by relevant leaders of relevant institutions and the lack of understanding and implementation of disinfection and isolation measures by relevant medical personnel, all kinds of bacteria and viruses are polluted and spread, infecting innocent patients and causing irreparable tragedies.
In the face of these real and terrible cases, the clinical nurses present sighed. Some people say that there are no small things in the hospital. Once it happens, not only medical staff but also leaders will be implicated, not to mention the pain and disaster brought to patients and their families.
Next, Ma led everyone to learn thirty disinfection and isolation methods and measures that need urgent attention in practical work according to the Quality Evaluation Standard of Hospital Infection Management issued by our hospital, as follows.
1. Strictly implement disinfection and isolation system and medical waste disposal regulations.
2. Focus on checking the rationality of the layout, zoning and item placement of the treatment room, dressing room and ward.
3. Sterile articles 100% are qualified, put them in the counter, and discharge them in the order of disinfection and sterilization. The name of the article, sterilization date, expiration date, sterilizer number, batch number and the name of the packager shall be marked outside the package; There should be a chemical indicator card in the package, and the package should be moisture-proof, undamaged and moderately elastic; Mark the time after opening the package, which is valid within 24 hours.
4. Sterile tray: it should be laid now, marked with time (valid for 4 hours), and replaced in time (small pot for intramuscular injection).
5. The sterile solution should be marked with the opening time, and the effective time according to the purpose is-the effective time of the sterile solution is ≤4 hours; Dispensing, atomizing and other solvents are less than or equal to 24 hours; The potion will be taken out within 2 hours, so it should be ready now; Special drugs, such as insulin, should be stored at room temperature for intramuscular injection and in refrigerator for infusion. Please check the instructions.
6. Alcohol/iodophor containers should be kept airtight and disinfected twice a week, and the date of disinfection should be marked on the container.
7. The fixture bracket should be packaged for one-time use and one-time disinfection. In the secondary environment, dry cans should be marked with sterilization date, activation date and time, and replaced every 4 hours.
8. Pay attention to the validity period of disposable sterile items, and the packaging is intact (the opened items cannot be stored again), so they should be used once.
9. The items in the treatment car shall be placed in an orderly manner, and the upper layer shall be clean (treatment tray, hand sanitizer, infusion, etc. ), the lower layer should be polluted (sharp weapon boxes, garbage bags, used items, etc.). ).
10. Medical staff should choose hand washing, sanitary hand disinfection or surgical hand disinfection according to the operation content, and regularly monitor the disinfection effect.

12. In the morning and evening care with beds as the unit, one bed and one set of (disposable) wet cleaning should be carried out, and the total number of bed sweeping sets should be no less than the number of beds. Cleaning the bed should be soaked and disinfected with chlorine-containing disinfectant.
13. When the patient is transferred out, discharged from hospital or dies, the bed unit should carry out terminal disinfection, the ward should be ventilated, the air should be irradiated with ultraviolet rays, and the surface should be wiped with chlorine-containing disinfectant.
14. The desktop should be covered with a table and a cloth, not less than the number of beds, and disinfected and dried after use.
15. All pipes (oxygen suction pipes) with equipment panels are closed when not in use.
16. The room is clean, the air is fresh (ventilate for 30~60 minutes after breastfeeding in the morning and evening), the ground is cleaned by wet method, and the pollution is disinfected immediately (wipe with chlorine-containing disinfectant).
17. Change sheets, quilts and pillowcases once a week, and change them at any time if they are polluted. Bedding should be dismantled, washed and disinfected regularly, and dirty clothes should be replaced. Bedding should be put in a dirty bag or on the lower floor of the treatment car (counting is not allowed in wards and corridors).
18. The concentration of chlorine-containing disinfectant reaches the standard (generally 500mg/L, special infection 2000mg/L), and the nursing staff should master the configuration and use method.
19. Conduct regular environmental sanitation inspection, wipe the ultraviolet lamp and monitor its intensity.
20. The medicine cup is soaked and disinfected with chlorine-containing disinfectant every week and dried for later use.
2 1. One person, one use and one disinfection of tourniquet.
22. Soak, dry and store chlorine-containing disinfectant after use.
23. The oxygen inhalation tube/mask is disposable.
24. Therapeutic instruments and instruments, such as dressing change kits and debridement kits, shall be cleaned first and then disinfected by the disinfection supply center, and double disinfection shall be carried out for special infections.
25. For public equipment such as thermometers, the quantity should be sufficient. Soak in chlorine-containing disinfectant after use and dry for later use. The cuff of sphygmomanometer should be kept clean. When it is polluted, it should be soaked and disinfected with chlorine-containing disinfectant. Stethoscopes and flashlights should be wiped with 75% alcohol.
26. Mops are hung in different colors to dry, such as black in the bathroom, red in the treatment room, green in the office and yellow in the ward corridor.
27. Waste should be disposed of according to regulations. Domestic garbage is put into the black garbage bag, medical garbage into the yellow garbage bag, and sharps are put into the sharps box, 3/4 of which are fully sealed and marked outside.
28. Replace at least two sets of ventilation pipes every week. If there is obvious secretion, it should be replaced in time, and the pipeline will be handled by the disinfection supply center.
29. Dress, environment, articles and technical operation shall conform to the principle of aseptic operation.
30. For patients with infectious diseases or multi-drug resistant bacteria, we should do a good job in identification, isolation, disinfection, protection, specimen transfer and garbage disposal.
Through this study, we deeply feel the importance of hospital infection control and have a clear understanding of the specific details of hospital infection prevention and control. Although seemingly trivial, it affects the life and health of patients, relying on the responsibility and care of medical workers. Through the persistent efforts and hard work of all medical staff in our hospital, this wall of hospital sense prevention and control built with responsibility and execution will be indestructible and unbreakable, escorting patients' lives and health!
